Redesigned a mobile banking app to streamline onboarding and improve usability, resulting in a 23% increase in transaction success rate.

NovaBank, a digital-first bank, struggled with user retention during account setup and daily transactions. I conducted a UX audit and usability testing to identify key friction points. Based on findings, I simplified navigation, reduced cognitive load in onboarding, and enhanced accessibility with better contrast and larger tap targets.
